1. Driver Accountability
· Drivers must be between the age of 18 to 75.
· You need to have some experience riding a scooter. For your safety, our staff may cancel the rental if they see you’re not confident handling the scooter.
· Wearing a helmet is mandatory for both the rider and passenger, in accordance with Bali law. If a helmet is lost or damaged during your rental, please inform us and we will arrange a replacement. For your safety, please always wear your helmet while riding.
· Please ensure that the scooter is locked and the helmet is properly secured every time it is left unattended.
· In Bali you must always carry both your home driver’s license and a valid international license whenever you’re riding.
· All drivers are required to comply with local traffic laws and regulations. Any fines or penalties resulting from violations during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the customer associated with the motorbike.
· If you have consumed alcohol at a restaurant, bar, or club, please refrain from riding the motorbike and contact our Customer Care team for assistance in arranging the safe return of the bike to your location.
· Park only in designated areas. Do not park on private property without the owner’s permission.
· Ensure all group members have the necessary travel documents as required by local regulations.
· It is strongly recommended to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurances. Getting travel insurance which covers any potential disadvantages during your holiday including illness, injury, death, 3rd party damage and cancellations is advisable.
2. Motorbike Rental and Services
· Our bikes are delivered with a full tank of petrol and must be returned in the same condition. If the fuel tank is not filled to capacity upon return, a refueling charge and handling fee will apply.
· Please use our free test-ride service before renting. Please note that after payment for the rental and receipt of the scooter keys, a refund is not possible. If the bike does not suit you for any reason, we can replace it with another model within 3 hours of the start of the rental. Contact our support service for detailed information.
· Please note, we cannot issue refunds for the problems related to documentation or other travel-related problems, such as canceled or delayed flights.
· Our scooters are meticulously maintained and designed exclusively for smooth road journeys. Please avoid taking them off-road or onto sandy beaches.
· If the bike you reserved is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a comparable or upgraded bike at no extra charge.
· Use both brakes smoothly, reduce speed before turns, avoid sudden stops, and keep the throttle closed on descents to maintain control of the scooter.
· Our staff is authorized to provide only the services specified on our website and brochure.
· Complaints raised after the client's departure will not be considered.
· We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power failures, fires, floods, epidemics, wars, riots, and terrorism.
3. Delivery and Collection Services
· Enjoy our easy and convenient delivery and collection service right to your rental location. We always do our best to arrive on time; however, delivery times are approximate and may vary, especially in busy tourist areas where traffic and logistics can be unpredictable. In some cases, delivery may take more than three hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
· If you leave the bike at your accommodation for drop-off without being present: please ensure it is securely stored; take 5 clear photos: front, left side, right side, rear, and fuel gauge; open the seat storage and photograph the helmet and accessories inside; leave keys with the receptionist or duty manager (inform us of their name). Never leave the bike in unsupervised areas.
· If the bike has not been returned at the agreed time, the customer is kindly requested to inform our staff as soon as possible. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. To extend the rental period, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
· If you encounter any issues or the bike becomes unrideable, inform Customer Care immediately. We will promptly repair or replace it.
4. Payments
· We do not accept cash payments and will never ask you to hold your passport in escrow. Our system supports a wide range of currencies for the convenience of our clients worldwide. Payments are accepted through providers such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Goole Pay on our website.
· Prices are subject to change, but the latest prices are always displayed on our website. Once a booking is made and payment is completed, the price is fixed.
· Your signature on the rental agreement authorizes us to collect the final total expenses from your account or from the specific organization that issued the card.
· A 100% prepayment of the rental fee is required before the start of the rental. The full amount is required before the pickup/arrival date.
· Rental rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
· During bike handover, you may be requested to present the credit card used for online booking and your passport for verification.
· In some cases, we reserve the right to refuse the bike rental service without providing a reason. In such cases, all previously paid amounts will be refunded to your card.
· All prices are quoted and charged in USD, unless otherwise confirmed. We do not accept payments in alternative currencies, including EUR, GBP, SGD, AUD, IDR, NZD, MYR, and RUB. Prices quoted in other currencies are converted from USD on a daily basis.
5. Insurances and Security Deposit
· If you have opted for our Motorbike Insurance package, a deductible (excess) of USD 95 applies. This amount represents the customer’s maximum financial liability in the event of damage to or theft of the motorcycle. Any costs exceeding this amount are covered by the insurance policy.
· Our Motorbike Insurance does not cover accidents in the following cases: the rider has been drinking alcohol; the rider has been using drugs; the rider is underage or does not have a valid international license; the accident is not reported immediately to our Customer Care.
· Customer Care must be notified immediately in the event of any accident. We will assist in arranging a replacement motorbike and may provide support with filing a police report where applicable. In the event of an accident, you are required to contact us immediately, not the following day or at a later time.
· Our Motorbike Insurance does not include third-party liability, personal injury, health, or medical coverage. The insurance strictly covers damage to or theft of our motorcycle only.
· If you have not opted for our Motorbike Insurance package, a security deposit of USD 750 will be authorized or charged to your credit card to cover potential damage to or theft of the motorbike.
· If you have opted for our Cancellation Insurance and cancel your reservation either before or during the rental period, the cost of any unused rental days will be refunded, excluding the Cancellation Insurance fee.
· If you have opted out of our Cancellation Insurance, no refund will be possible; however, you may transfer your reservation to another person or freeze it. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
6. Damage Fee Structure
· In the event of an accident that renders the motorbike unroadworthy and is deemed to be the client’s fault, the rental agreement shall be terminated immediately without refund. The client will be notified by email or telephone of the repair costs, and any applicable refund (if eligible after deductions) will be processed immediately. Please note that opting for our Motorbike Insurance waives this condition.
· If the motorbike is confiscated, impounded, towed, or detained by police or third parties due to an accident, traffic violations, disputes, or other reasons, the Client is fully responsible for all associated costs, including towing, storage, impound, release fees, fines, and related expenses.
· We are not responsible for any personal injury, death, or loss suffered by the renter or third parties during the rental period.
· Drivers are accountable for any tire damage incurred.
· The use of the phone holder is at your own discretion and risk. Please ensure that your phone is securely mounted when using the holder. We shall not be held responsible for any damage to your phone.
· Any accessories that are stolen, lost, or damaged during the rental period will be charged at their full retail value to the customer’s credit card. A list of applicable retail values is provided under the respective categories below.
7. Additional Conditions
· Bikes are not permitted to be taken off the main island of Bali.
· You are responsible for any police or ATSD camera fines incurred during your rental period, including but not limited to speeding, riding without a helmet, or running a red light. If an official fine and photo are received, we will forward them to you and the corresponding amount will be added to your bill.
· The bikes are delivered with original registration and tax documents (STNK). You must always have this document with you when using the motorbike to comply with local regulations. A fine of $10 will be charged in case of loss of these documents.
· If you fail to return your bike with a full tank, you will incur a handling fee of $5, plus the cost of refilling the petrol at the prevailing rates, which can be found here: Pertamina rates for Pertamax Provincie Bali rates.
· Loss, theft, or damage to any accessories or keys during the rental period will result in a charge of their full retail/replacement cost to your credit card.
✔ Smart Key (Keyless) – $55 (Honda).
✔ Mechanical key Fee – $35 (Yamaha).
✔ Wallet (or key pouch/case) – $35.00.
✔ Helmet – $24.95.
✔ Medical Kit – $14.95.
✔ Phone Holder – $9.95.
· We are not responsible for any illegal conduct or actions against the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
· In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.
8. Indonesian Customers
Indonesian customers must provide the following:
✔ A valid 3–5 star hotel booking confirmation.
✔ A valid round-trip flight booking departing from Bali.
✔ Clear photos of original identification documents: KTP, NPWP, Family Card, and SIM.
✔ Security Deposit and Payment.
✔ A refundable security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required.
✔ Payments for Indonesian residents must be made in IDR only.
✔ Payments are accepted via local payment systems, QR code, or bank transfer to Indonesian bank accounts.
