Scooter Delivery & Collection Hours
Scooter delivery and collection are available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Bali Time). Choose your preferred time when booking. All time slots are subject to availability.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery depends on scooter and delivery slot availability. If your preferred time is unavailable, our team will offer the next available slot, which may be the following day.
If delivery is rescheduled, your rental start time will be adjusted to the confirmed delivery time. You will not be charged for the period before your rental begins.
Delivery Delays & Schedule Changes
Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unexpected circumstances. We will inform you of any significant delays.

How Scooter Delivery Works
Book Online
Choose your scooter, rental dates, delivery location, and preferred time. Complete your booking and payment online.
Receive Your Scooter
Our team prepares your scooter and delivers it to your selected location at the confirmed time.
Scooter Collection
At the end of your rental, our team collects the scooter from the agreed location.
Online Verification & Payment
Before delivery, we may ask you to submit a copy of your passport and valid driving licence for online verification.
All rental payments are processed online. We do not accept cash payments or retain original passports as security.

Can I receive my scooter at Bali Airport?
Yes. We deliver to Ngurah Rai International Airport. Delivery and collection are free for rentals of 3 days or more. Our team will coordinate the meeting arrangements with you.
Can I book same-day delivery?
Yes, subject to scooter and delivery slot availability. If your preferred time is unavailable, we will offer the next available slot.
Can I change my delivery or collection location?
Yes. Contact Customer Care in advance to confirm the new location and availability. Additional fees may apply depending on the delivery area.
