All scooters are delivered by our dedicated delivery vehicle during the morning delivery window.

Please note: If you make a reservation today, delivery may be arranged for the following morning between 5:00 AM and 12:00 PM, subject to confirmation and availability.

Bali Airport Delivery: Airport delivery is available 24/7 by prior arrangement, subject to confirmation. Please contact our customer support team in advance to coordinate your flight arrival time.

Please note: Scooter deliveries are scheduled every morning between 5:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Bali Time). Your preferred delivery time is subject to availability and our existing delivery schedule. While we do our best to accommodate your selected time, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery slot. If your requested time is unavailable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Delivery Terms & Fees

We offer free scooter delivery in selected service areas, subject to the rental conditions and availability. Delivery to other locations may incur an additional fee. Any applicable charge will be confirmed before you complete your booking.

Minimum rental: The minimum rental period depends on the delivery area. Please refer to the location details above for the applicable 3-day or 5-day minimum.

Delivery time: Every morning, 5:00 AM–12:00 PM (Bali Time), subject to availability and confirmation. Bali Airport delivery is available 24/7 by prior arrangement.

Documents, Insurance & Deposit

Before your rental begins, please have your passport or another accepted identity document and a valid driving licence suitable for the scooter. International visitors should check the applicable International Driving Permit requirements.

Optional motorbike insurance is available for covered accidental damage and theft, with a USD 95 deductible per incident, subject to policy terms and exclusions. View insurance details →
