Send Your Photos and Parking Location
Immediately after leaving the scooter, send our Customer Care team the photos and the exact parking location.

Do not leave the scooter at the airport parking area without prior confirmation from our Customer Care team. Always follow the agreed instructions for the parking location, scooter key, and parking ticket.
Airport Parking Fees
All airport parking fees and any related parking charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Scooter Pick-Up Fee
A USD 10 pick-up fee may apply if our team needs to collect the scooter from the airport parking area.
