Yes. You can arrange to return your scooter at Bali Airport (Ngurah Rai International Airport).
Schedule your return time in advance, and our team will meet you at the designated motorbike parking area to collect the scooter.
If you are unable to meet our team, you may leave the scooter at the designated airport motorbike parking area only after receiving confirmation from our Customer Care team.
Before leaving the scooter, please:
- Take clear photos of the front, left side, right side, and rear of the scooter.
- Take a photo of the fuel gauge.
- Make sure all rental accessories are stored securely.
- Lock the scooter.
- Leave the key and parking ticket in the agreed location according to the instructions provided by our Customer Care team.
Please send us the photos and parking location immediately after leaving the scooter.
All airport parking fees and any related parking charges are the responsibility of the customer.
A USD 10 pick-up fee may apply if our team needs to collect the scooter from the parking area.
