Yes. You can leave the scooter and rental items at your hotel or villa reception, but please contact our Customer Care team in advance to arrange the pick-up.
Before leaving the scooter, please take clear photos of:
- Front of the scooter
- Left side
- Right side
- Rear of the scooter
- Fuel gauge
- Storage compartment under the seat, if applicable, showing the helmet and any rental accessories inside
Leave the keys with the receptionist or duty manager and let us know the name of the person who accepted them.
Please do not leave the scooter unattended or leave the keys without handing them directly to hotel or villa staff.
A USD 10 pick-up fee may apply, depending on the location and pick-up arrangements.
