If you purchased our Cancellation Insurance, you can cancel your reservation before the rental period begins and receive a refund in accordance with the cancellation terms.
If you did not purchase Cancellation Insurance, payments for the rental are non-refundable. However, you can freeze your booking for future use or transfer it to another person.
