Your security deposit is not charged as a regular payment. It is held as security during the rental period and may only be used in case of motorbike damage, loss, missing items, or other charges covered by the rental agreement.
If the motorbike is returned in accordance with the rental terms and there are no outstanding charges, the deposit will be released within 24 hours. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to become available again.
If any amount needs to be deducted from the deposit, we will notify you and provide the relevant details.
