Yes, we can arrange for scooter delivery to the airport. In this case an additional delivery and/or collection fee of $10 USD will apply.
Here’s how it works:
If you book a scooter for airport delivery, we will track the flight number you provided during booking. We appreciate it if you notify us of any delays via email or WhatsApp. We will also monitor your flight number for delays.
Upon exiting the terminal, our staff will be waiting for you with a sign bearing the GFS-Bike logo and your name. Airport staff will direct you to our roadside assistant, who will hand over the scooter to you.
Please be aware that there will be a fee of around 5000 IDR when exiting the parking lot, so please have Indonesian Rupiah ready for payment.
At the time of scooter delivery, we may ask you to present the credit/debit card used for the online booking and your passport for verification.
