A one-way fee of $10 applies to North and Central Bali, as well as to nine districts in Southwest Bali, including:
- Balian
- Medewi
- Negara
- Pekutatan
- Tanah Lot
- Tabanan (covering the towns of Tabanan, Kerambitan, and Selemadeg)
- Kedungu Beach
- Soka Beach
- Jembrana Regency (including Negara)
A one-way fee of $15 applies to East Bali, covering:
- Amlapura
- Bangli
- Besakih
- Candidasa
- Gianyar
- Karangasem
- Keramas
- Klungkung
- Manggis
- Padangbai
- Amed
